»We cannot accept the Abstract. For the review purpose you have to submit full paper (pdf) on or before the submission deadline.
Can I change the name of the author or paper title after I submit the paper?
»It is possible to make any changes, deletion, addition etc.. before submitting the final camera ready paper.
Can I change the title and author's name in the draft conference program ?
» You cannot make any corrections or title change after the final CRP submission.
Can I just submit abstract only in the proceedings? Once my paper or abstract is published in the proceedings, can I later on ask you to delete it?
» We cannot include the Abstract alone in the proceedings . You have to send your final Camera ready paper with modification as per the review comments. We cannot delete your paper or abstract or upload your modified paper again once it is included in the proceedings.
Will I receive written feedback about my full paper?
»Yes, every author will receive written feedback within 10 days after the submission ends in the form of “Consolidated Review Feedback form” if your paper is accepted. After the acceptance you may go to registration process.
What are the documents need to send for completing the registration process?
»You have to send your completed registration form along with the scanned copy of the Payment Proof, Copy Right Form and the Camera Ready paper
What I have to do if not able to attend the conference aftr registration?
»We advice and encourage you to present your paper or nominate your co-authors, co-researchers or colligues to present your paper in your absence with your authorization letter.
My co-author is attending the conference? How much s/he needs to pay? Can I pay for him as guest?
»If any one of the author other than the registered author wants to attend the conference , they should complete the co author registration. Co author / attendee registration fee is available in the concerned conference website is applicable.
Can I register for a day only?
»We do not allow day registration. You need to pay full registration fee but you can stay a day.
When will I get Schedule of conference program?
»We will send you complete program schedule showing all papers and authors before 2 weeks of the conference.
When the exact venue will be announced?
»The exact venue will be announced 25 days prior to the conference.
